1. Start from the military tuck position.

2. Place the fingertips behind the ears.

3. Attempt to bring the elbows straight back as far as you can, and hold for ten seconds.

4. While performing this exercise, attempt to bring the shoulder blades as close together as possible. Imagine you are trying to hold a pencil between your shoulder blades.

5. Avoid letting the head come forward while performing this exercise.
